It's because my connection may not be working. I'm going to restore my hard drive tonight. My computer has some problems, and I'm finally frustrated enough that I'm ready to completely start over. But the problem is that we will have to reload the software to run the satellite internet as well, and I'm not sure how user-friendly it is. We didn't install it initially. But hopefully it will all go well. We have Direcway, and customer service is a major oxymoron in their case. When you call, you have to be prepared to be put on hold for at least an hour for even the simplest question. When you do finally get to talk to someone, it's generally some surly person with a thick accent who barely understands or speaks English. Lots of fun... But hopefully we will be able to install the software without any of their "assistance."
