This is another book I'm reading that I'm really enjoying. I really loved this poem:
If the heavens gather blackness,
If the jaws of hell gape wide,
If the gaze of loved ones lowers,
If old friends now stand aside,
If your shining dreams have vanished
And your efforts seem in vain,
O keep faithful, hopeful, patient.
Rise above despair, disdain!
With God's help you can survive this-
Even flourish when you're tried.
Life is school, life is learning.
Count your blessings and abide.
