Boycotts

I don't participate in most most boycotts, but I'm going to boycott Tide and Crest. Find out why.

And I still plan to boycott Girl Scout cookies -- not like I need to scarf anymore of those evil thin mints anyway. ;)

So I thought it might be interesting to ask, "Have ever boycotted anything and why?" I'm curious.

P.S. I suppose it goes without saying that I won't be buying anymore Heinz products -- ever.

Yes, I have boycotted stuff in the past... just can't remember at the moment what it was... Having one of those foggy days... LOL!!

I am currently boycotting French wine. I don't want that country to get a single dollar more than they already get.

No problem with wine; when I do drink it I prefer Gallo family.

...still trying to remember what it was.... I know back in the -what was it? 70's or 80's it was tuna, because they wouldn't alter their nets and caught a lot of porpoise...

Lately not boycotting anything except Hollyweird actors... :)

You know, I can't remember ever boycotting anything, but I CAN tell you that my mom is boycotting Heinz as well, and my daughter is boycotting McDonald's. She hasn't eaten any of their food for well over a year.

I am boycotting the United States, even though I lived there for several years. Love the country, love the people, hate the government policies on the economy, the Iraq war and most importantly (and most dangerous) the government's ignorance of the world outside its borders.
